Pretty Much, He can't be forgivin. Because he is tempting everyone over the years. And pretty much Satan (Archangel Lucifer) was bad from the begining. Even before Earth was made. So I pretty much think that he can't be forgiven and he didn't use his Free Will that he will never be forgivin
