Our Lord Jesus Christ,
ربنا يسوع المسيح
shana-ehtheefϣⲁⲛⲁϩ̀ⲑⲏϥ khaϧⲁ ni-ermooui:ⲛⲓⲉ̀ⲣⲙⲱⲟⲩⲓ̀:
was compassionate to the tears,
تحنن على دموع
enteⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ti-esheeraϯⲭ̀ⲏⲣⲁ etⲉⲧ khenϧⲉⲛ Na-in:Ⲛⲁⲓ̀ⲛ:
of the widow of Nain,
الارملة ببلدة نايين
aftounosⲁϥⲧⲟⲩⲛⲟⲥ pessheeriⲡⲉⲥϣⲏⲣⲓ nas.ⲛⲁⲥ.
He raised her son.
وأقام لها ابنها.

وثيؤدوروس الاسفهسلار
afshana-ehtheefⲁϥϣⲁⲛⲁϩ̀ⲑⲏϥ khaϧⲁ ni-ermooui:ⲛⲓⲉ̀ⲣⲙⲱⲟⲩⲓ̀:
was compassionate to the tears,
تحنن على دموع الارملة التى)
etⲉⲧ khenϧⲉⲛ Evsheetos:Ⲉⲩⲭⲏⲧⲟⲥ:
of the widow of Eucaita,
ببلدة أوخيطس(
aftoujeⲁϥⲧⲟⲩϫⲉ nessheeriⲛⲉⲥϣⲏⲣⲓ nas.ⲛⲁⲥ.
he raised her sons.
وخلص لها أولادها.
EthveⲈⲑⲃⲉ faiⲫⲁⲓ tenerkhorevin:ⲧⲉⲛⲉⲣⲭⲟⲣⲉⲩⲓⲛ:
Wherefore we sing,
فلهذا نمدح مع المرتل
nemⲛⲉⲙ pihimnothosⲡⲓϩⲩⲙⲛⲟⲇⲟⲥ David:Ⲇⲁⲩⲓⲇ:
with David the Psalmist,
داود قائلين
jeϫⲉ e-ekhomiⲉ̀ⲕ̀ϩⲱⲙⲓ ejenⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ouhof:ⲟⲩϩⲟϥ:
saying "Tread upon serpents,
تدوس الثعبان
nemⲛⲉⲙ ouvasiliskos.ⲟⲩⲃⲁⲥⲓⲗⲓⲥⲕⲟⲥ.
and the power of scorpions."
وملك الحيات.

O struggle mantled martyr,
أيها الشهيد
