I start with the name of the holy God,
The Immortal Eternal and the Judge,
Our Savior the Reviver of souls,
Agios Atha-na-tos nai nan.
(Holy Immortal have mercy upon us)

With planning and wisdom He came,
He took flesh as a human,
And freed us from our enemies’ slavery,
Agios Atha-na-tos nai nan.

+ He resembled the servant He created,
For the salvation of those in sadness,
And the eternal Word became flesh,
Agios Atha-na-tos nai nan.

+ He united His divinity with,
His humanity and He is the Judge,
We praise and glorify Him,

Mary carried the One who is praised,
Nine full months not less,
Who’s when mentioned the ranks proclaim,

Our Master willingly saved us,
And returned Adam to his quarters,
After he was overwhelmed with sadness,

أبدأ بإسم الله القدوس،
الحي الأبدي الديان،
مخلصنا مُحيي النفوس،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.
(قدوس الحي الذي لا يموت إرحمنا)

بالتدبير والحكمة وافانا،
ولَبَس جسداً مثل الإنسان،
وعتقنا من أسر أعدائنا،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ تَشبَّه بمَنْ خلقُه عبداً،
لأجل خلاص مَنْ كان في أحزان،
والكلمة الأزلي صار جسداً،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ جعل لاهوته مُتحداً،
بناسوته وهو الديان،
فله نُسَبِح ونُزيده مجداً،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

حَمَلَت مريم مَنْ له التسبيح،
تسعة أشهر من غير نُقصان،
مَنْ بذِكرهِ الطغمات تصيح،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

خلَّصنا سيدنا برِضاه،
وأعاد آدم للأوطان،
بعد أن عمُّه الكَربِ وأضناه،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ دائم باقٍ أزلي معبود،
مُحوِل الماء خمراً في الأدنان،
قد صلبه قَوْمِ اليهود،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ رؤوف رحيم عالٍ وكريم،
له العَظمة والسلطان،
سكن في أحشاء إبنة يواقيم،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

أزال العار عن آدم وبنيه،
بحلوله في سيدة الأكوان،
وقد فرحَ الكون ومَنْ فيه،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

سُميَّ إبن الله بالتحقيق،
وسُميَّ أيضاً إبن الإنسان،
وهو إله واحد بغير تفريق،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ شُوهِد الشيروبيم والسيرافيم،
سجوداً أمام الديان،
صائحين بالأفراح والتعظيم،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ صارت مريم شِبهِ سماء،
لإبن الله مانح الغفران،
فتحيَّر في أمرها الفُهماء،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

ضوء أشرق من بيت داود،
فإهتدى به بنو الإنسان،
وله طغمات العرش سُجود،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

طأطأ السموات ونزل بيَقين،
لخلاص آدم عبده الإنسان،
فلنرتل جميعاً قائلين،
"أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان."

+ ظهر مُتحداً بالناسوت،
وفتح أعين العميان،
وهو ذو العَظمة والجَبَروت،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ عظيم هو رب القوات،
مَنْ سجد له يوحنا بإذعان،
وهو في بطن أُمه أليصابات،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

غافر كل الخطايا والذنوب،
شفى المرضى وأبرأ حماة سمعان،
ومن أجل خلاص آدم صار مصلوب،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

فدى آدم وأعطاه عربون،
الخلاص من سائر الأحزان،
ونجاه من الضيق والسجون،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ قَبَل عنا تلك الأتعاب،
من المخالفين قيافا وحنان،
وشعب اليهود غليظ الرقاب،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ كريم تَوَّاب عالم وخبير،
قد خاطب مريم في البُستان،
مخلصنا الرب القدير،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

للرب الأرض وما فيها،
جميع المُدن والسكان،
يَميت الخَلَقِ ويُحييها،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

ملوك فُرسان قد جاءوا إليه،
بهداياهم ثلاثة ألوان،
وفي بيت لحم مَثلوا بين يديه،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ نِجم أشرق تلك الأوقات،
فنظروه في تلك البلدان،
وكان يرشدهم في الظلمات،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ هَلُمَّ بالرحمة إلينا،
يا مَنْ قصد ذاتك الفرسان،
وحِل بروح قدسك فينا،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

وإحفظ شعبك من كل شرور،
وإجعل البيعة في إطمئنان،
وإجعل خُدامها من أبناء النور،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

لا تغفل عنهم يا قدوس،
وأقبل صلواتهم والقربان،
وإحفظهم من مكايد المَنْجوس،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ يا مَنْ قَبَل إليه العشار،
وأخرج من بطن الحوت يونان،
إبعد عنهم كيد الأشرار،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.

+ والمادِح ذو الهفوات،
يرجو منك العفو والغفران،
والفوز بنعيم الجنات،
أجيوس آثاناتوس ناي نان.
