"Sunday Diving Liturgy." I could fill a book with the grammatical errors I've seen from Pope Shenounda's books. I am horrible at Arabic, so it's hard to judge. At least they didn't use the word "Mass".

they changed it now to 'Divine liturgy'.

  it originally said 'diving liturgy'!

it reminded me of the time i was looking for a new mattress and the lady in the shop asked me if i wanted an orthodox bed.

i laughed and said that would be great for going to church in, but perhaps she meant an orthopaedic bed! (firmer mattress, good for your back)

i agree about some of the translations. check here for good ones:

or do a search on other posts by that lady who is from the same diocese as me, she and her group have done some very good translations (you may have to cope with a bit of british spelling!)

or you can try this good book

(deep and spiritual, read slowly over several days)

  or this one

  http://tasbeha.org/community/discussion/16908/joy-handbook

(easier to understand and written to include people from other Christian groups or people who are not Christians)

the first was written by a friend, the second was one i borrowed and couldn't put down.
