      <description><![CDATA[Hi All, <br /><br />In the new madaye7 book by (Southern USA diocese), it says that we can say saints glorifcations during communion time. According to what I know, we shouldn&#39;t be saying Saints Glorifcations during Communion, but rather we should be saying the specific hymns for communion, like Pi-oik, Ef emepsha ghar, Anok Nem etc. <br /><br />What&#39;s your opinion on this? ]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[hey guys--I&#39;m looking for ten theeno (long) by (who knows, it MIGHT be el shahid abu fam) a choir whose CD I used to have when I was growing up but is now lost. <br /><br />They did the long intro and then finished the hymn in coptic. I am not sure if it was El Shahid Abu Fam because I think there was a girl&#39;s voice in the choir I&#39;m looking for, but I didn&#39;t hear any girls in the tasbeha recorded by El Shahid Abu Fam (that and the fact that El Shahid Abu Fam did ten theeno in arabic and pretty much skipped the long intro).<br /><br />Anyone know the name of this choir?<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />Bishoy]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[Hi people.<br /><br />I have been following Sahidic Coptic lessons at the University.<br />I&#39;m starting to get to know the meaning of various parts of hymns during Mass, which is great of course :-).<br /><br />I have been thinking of the grammar of the following sentence during the Hiten ni:<br /><br />Epchois ari ehmot nan empi ko evol ente nen novi.<br />O Lord grant us the forgiveness of our sins. <br />How do you split the parts in this sentence?<br /><br />Epchois = Lord.<br />Ente = of<br />ne-n novi = our sins.<br /><br />So what about the rest?<br /><br />Thanks in advance. I think I was pretty general and people didn&#39;t understand.<br />One of my kiahk inquiries is as follow:<br />What would be the order for the vesper praises (tasbehat asheya) for kiahk?<br />I am mainly the one who leads this in my church before the Vespers.<br />By now, you must understand that the vespers praises is corrupt... ;)&nbsp; :P :) <br />In my church, the vespers praises is as follows:<br /><b>1- Niethnos Tiro<br />2- Fourth Hoos<br />3- Saturday Psali<br />4- Saturday Theotokia<br />5- Concluding (O penshois)</b><br />I know it is not exactly right (missing stuff), but that is what I have been taught and the typical problem;<br />we barely have enough time to say the above before the Rasing of Incense begins.<br />God bless all your answers,<br /><br />Cyril]]></description>
