took all of his riches,

and came to the city of Soor,

When he saw the idols,

and people worshiping them,

he gave all his riches to the poor,

and became a chosen martyr.

+ Theodore the general,

went to Eucaita,

killed the dragon,

and saved the sons of the widow.

Philopater Mercurius,

went to Persia,

and killed Yolyanos,

according to Baselios.

+ When the holy relics,

of Abba Mina of Vayat,

were brought to Egypt,

our souls rejoiced.

What an indescribable wonder,

of Abba Victor the general,

that he refused all the riches that,

his father prepared for his wedding.

+ The beloved Claudius,

the friend of Abba Victor,

was stepped,

The saint Philotheus,

who killed the bull,

and went after the eternal.

The saint lord Apatir,

while he was sleeping,

our Savior appeared to him,

in the middle of the night.

to be granted the unfading crowns,

of martyrdom.

was carried on the wings of Michael,

from Alexandria to Antioch,

to confess to Christ.

while he was hunting,

our Savior appeared to him,

on the horns of the camel.

And the sign of the cross,

crowning his head,

so he was granted the unfading crown,

of martyrdom.

+ Theodorus El-Mashriqi,

deserved the holy cup,

from the lake of fire,

for him and his friends.

James of Persia,

they cut all of his body parts,

but his mind was always in heaven,

praising with the angels.

+ John El-Senhoti,

and Isaac El-Dafrawi,

were granted the unfading crown,

of martyrdom.

Esedoros and Sana the soldiers,

were sent to the chamber,

and accepted great tortures,

for sake of the living Son of God.

+ Five struggling brothers,

servants of Christ,

they are Cosmas and Demian,

Anthimus and Leontius.

With Arabius their brother,

their mother comforted them saying,

"It´s better for you to die,

than to deny Christ."

+ The blessing of the saints,

was perfected upon you,

O saint Julius of Aqfahs,

the helper.

For all the pains that you accepted,

upon yourself with the holy martyrs,

doubled your blessings,

to the third generation.

+ By that you were granted,

the crown of martyrdom,

with your father and your brother,

and five hundred of your servants.

I can´t count,

all of the saints,

for they are many as the heads of grain,

according to the Book.

+ The crowns of the martyrs,

are not of this world,

for they are granted by our Savior,

with glory and honor.

As David has said,

in the book of Psalms,

"In glory and honor,

He placed crowns upon them."

+ Pray to the Lord on our behalf,

O choir of the martyrs,

who suffered for sake of Christ,

that He may forgive us our sins.
