New Bishop Ordination last November?

According to the above, a new bishop was meant to be ordained last November. Did this actually happen? If not, does anyone know why and who was meant to be ordained?

    Nope. No bishops were ordained in November of 2014. Also, His Holiness Pope Tawadros ordained 7 bishops around June (6 of them were General Bishops).
