Cantor Gad Lewis' Recordings

Hello! Lately I've been listing to a lot of Cantor Gad's recordings here on Tasbeha.org. I just really enjoy them and find them easier to learn from than Cantor Ibrahim Ayad. However, it feels like while most of CIA's recordings are quite crisp, most of Cantor Gad's have a huge echo, as if he is in a square room, singing into a microphone, and someone is recording the sound through a handheld recorder, not from the mic itself. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? And where to possibly get clearer recordings?
