Kiahk Hymns

edited December 1969 in Hymns Discussion
I was wondering if anyone knew where I can find some Kiahk hymns aside from tasbeha.org, coptichymns.net, copticheritage.org, youthbishopric, sttakla, alhan.org, or coptichymnsinenglish.net.

It would also be nice if anyone had any nice midnight praises of kiahk to upload that they wouldnt mind sharing

Thanks!
God bless

The guy who sings the first verse and so the rest of the Arabic side is so short of breath it's not funny.
As for the rest, despite the funny American accent, you guys go way off that it becomes unpleasant to the ears. It seems like everyone is trying to sing louder than the other.
I think it dies for me at 1:24 - 1:27.
I also think this hymn doesn't sound good when it's half english/half arabic. It's just one of those hymns.. but whatever tickles your pickle.

    God bless HCOC.

that might be because there are 2 priests there.....each is kind of shy from the other to fully take the mic....and it keeps going. also many when singing in the arabic, they disregard the tashekeel, even though it's there, and tend to just say words the way they like. that is a problem especially with madayeh that are "arranged" rather then composed to be said in a specific way with tashkeel (even thoo sometimes the arrangement break many grammatical rules)

it was a live recording on of the kiahk nights.....no coordination in recording (considering the mics) or deacons (considering who is singing "louder than the other")

    hahaha....may God bless us all.
