Controlling senses
Hey guys,
I need materials on controlling the 5 senses (sight, hear, smell, taste, touch).
Anything would be useful - writings, stories, videos, verses, hymns, an exerpt from a book, etc.
I've thought of the story of Simeon the shoe-maker, but not much else.
Any help would be GREATLYY APPRECIATED!

There is some parts from the book life of repentance and purity on this topic.. also possibly sayings of the desert fathers collections from certain fasts
As does the Conferences of St John Cassian, which describe his conversations with the Desert monastics.
