  I just wanted to say that I'm really impressed that you ask for help like this.
  
  That's a good thing.
  
  May 2 cents are that you should do a lot of sport and never keep your mind idle.
  Secondly, mix with good Christian friends.
  Thirdly, I don't know where you live, but try to have a good "Christian" social life. Prayer meetings, events, sermons, Holy masses, throughout your week.
  
  I think when your mind is idle, it wanders, and anything just goes in... fill it with Holy things and Holy activities and I'm sure that you'll find your lustful urges are much less.
