    ohhh now I understand, I guess, could your cousin like someone at the age of 15, good Question... if I understood it right... the answer is YES and NO, how come you may ask, well he is a boy, boys love for the wrong reasons when they are young... the best time is around 16 to 17, even though it seems young, but this is the time the brain is starting to get its shape of emotions. also about him being young, when he is at this age, his taste of things will change rapidly, so one month he will like the girl, then the next he will get board, or will like someone else...
