help with ichat??

I guess this question only applies for those with a Mac...

whenever i try connecting with my buddies that have a mac, it doesnt work... its not the way i start the video chat...im doing that part right..the error is when im waiting for my buddy to respond. the computer say there was an error with the other persons response. then we tried it again and this time my buddy asked me to join video chat, and the same error came up! I just bought this computer recently so its not old or anything. its not my buddy's computer either, b/c she has tried to connect with other buddies and it worked.

    I have a mac too. I've had that problem also. Try getting a new account/sn or whatever and maybe that'll work as it worked 4 me.
