Can someone tell me what's the story of Habeeb Guirguis?? Was he a good Christian. A friend just told me that he was someone famous and that we were distant related.
Habeeb Guirguis was an Egyptian man born sometime in the early 1900s. He thought of the idea of establishing the First Theological College (il koleya il iklericiya) in Egypt. One of his closest friends was H.H. Pope Shenouda but before he even became a monk. He also established sunday school and a book of basic necessities to be taught to the children.
