Hymnology

Can anyone please help me find information or give me any information they know about the history and origins of "Ke Eperto" and "Ti parthenos"? I am doing a power point presentation on them and would like to highlight these points. Also any information regarding when we chant them and why would be very helpful.

Thank You and God Bless.

there is not much info about hymn but i'll tell you what i know.

    [coptic]Ke `upertou[/coptic]
It's the gospel intro in all the coptic gospel readings in holy week (starting from the general funeral - bright saturday)
it have a long tune that is the same as the long psalm and it have another short tune.
the tune is called "Ettrebi", refering to the city the tune was instructed in. this tune is also the general tune of the week.

now can you please verify which "ti-parthenos ur talking about exactly?
