Refining Hymns on Tasbeha.org
Dear all,
I downloaded most of the hymns under media/audiohymns section, as opposed to liturgies, or songs, ... etc. I noticed that most of the recording by HICS, some of Ibrahim Ayad's, some of Cantor Farag's, and some of Wagdi Bishara's are of very poor quality. Now, I am not an expert in technical or musical matters, but I know that there are programs around which can modify and alter the sound files and make it more audible. I am sure that some people might be interested in this on this website, and they can help out if they take this on as a project in their summer holidays, or whatever. I might even go further and suggest for the administrators to contact specialised people who can do that for us. Let's not forget that is a very great heritage, and I think we will all benefit; if someone just starts, they will have all the blessing in the world ;D
