Phillipians 3:21

edited December 1969 in Faith Issues

i wasnt gonna post no more on the site but i had no one to ask due to some unfortuante happenings.

so can i ask someone to please explain this verse?????

    But the site has copyright..

I think its okay if you just read from it and not copy from it and make it as your own if you want to know what this verse means for homework (I doubt its for homework anyway)

I don't know how accurate the commentary is.. or if it is accurate for other areas of the bible..

It seems accurate for atleast some of it..

  • The verse says this in context:
20But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, 21who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body.

I think it means that our "bodies" will resurrect, through the power of christ, who is omnipotent, in the last days, to be heavenly, spiritual "bodies"
    its a hard verse...
