proof of baptism

Ive opened this thread so, we can discuss the necessity of baptism by [glow=red,2,300]immersion [/glow]

    Well in Acts 8:36-39, Philip baptized the Eunuch by immersion. It says that they went down into the water and that they came up out of the water.

    Also, in Romans 6:4, St. Paul says that "Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in the newness of life."
    So, this corresponds with what MarMar91 said.
