We know that being angry and irritable at people is sinful but is it so for those who are angry and irritable due to brain injury?

Can they really overcome it?

i dont think so. god forgives you because he was the one that made u with that condition. if it is not in your capacity to overcome, it will not be counted against you.

i agree, its like those who have terret's syndrome and who can have an outburst of profantiy. Its not their fault, what can they do? I think God forgives them.
