I think this was in James or Matthew, I can't remember though, but it said something like, "if you do not swear either by heaven or by earth, he is a perfect man"
I was thinking of doing like checklist that we can keep track of so that when we mess up or commit any sins it's always there for us...we can all make one up if you would like, or we can all share one and at least 5 or so checklist that we do daily!
