Cannibalism
in Faith Issues
I encountered this question from a friend of mine at work and didn't know how to answer it I know that the sacraments are mysteries and they can't be properly understood by the human mind but I think I heard something about the early Christians being accused of being cannibals as well how did the church fathers respond to this basically her question was that since you believe that bread and wine are your gods flesh and blood is that not cannibalism ? For me I'm trying to think of way to answer this but I'm not sure as to how
