Question on the Second Agreed Statement (1990)

In the Second Agreed Statement (1990) http://www.orthodoxunity.org/state02.php it is stated that

6. Both families agree in rejecting interpretations of Councils which do not fully agree with the Horos of the Third Ecumenical Council and the letter (433) of Cyril of Alexandria to John of Antioch.
Does anyone know what is meant by 'the Horos'?

    From a quick google search, horos means final decree or dogmatic decision. This might be a little inaccurate but either way it is a good general meaning (At least I think).
