Does any one have any Contemplations/Meditations about the Spirituality of the hymn Tennen. Or any cool facts about it.

We will be beginning it in our Alhan Classes, and I need something to start the lesson off with so that they learn the hymn, and can use it as a prayer rather than just a chant. Thank you all. God bless!

Anyway, i was watching aghapy tv and i heard a very nice song by ibrahim ayad i think it was called "ifrahy ya nafsy wa ghany." If anyone can get me an audio file of it that would be great! I'm Posting little parts of hymns in Coptic (sorry can't get Coptic font to work) and English from throughout the year.

Can you guess the Name of all of these? If you can guess any then post it by the number I gave it.

For example I write:
