okay, so im am having trouble with the book of Revelation.. it seems like it doesnt go in chronological order..

it seems like at the second coming of Christ, Satan will be tied up for 1000, and then deceive people, but there will be no more earth, so how can this be?

so i realized, this book is not in logical order, but kinda mixed around, so wud u say that when Jesus was crucifed and died,, he tied up satan for 1000 yrs (which cud be more or less for the Lord) and when that time is up, he will come as The AntiChrist..
cuz they mentioned this after the Second Coming of Jesus which really confused me..

I agree with that, that the kingdom of God is important in our religion and stuff....but what is the kingdom of God. As I understood from the Church, that the kingdom of God is heaven, and that by saying "Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand" means that Judgement day is coming soon...aka...time for judgement and seperation of the righetous from the unrighetous.
So he definetly went a different direction on that issue, but he does have a valid point thou. Anyway, he said that at the time, Jesus WAS NOT referring to heaven, that he was refering to the kingdom of God as something that will happen in our lifetime...a great change will happen in the wordly way, things will change as we know it...there would be no more people who are rich are gonna rule and the poor in the lower places...but no...things will change...as in "Blessed the poor for they will inhert the kingdom of God"...they will inhert something in the world not something up above...as the kingdom of God is something that will happen in the present time...in the world..not up above.

"and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son, and called his name Jesus"

is this impling 'did not know her till she had...' that joseph broke her virgnity after Jesus was born, or does "know" in this context mean got to kow her.
and also using the word First born sorta implies that there were others...

in matt 13:55
"is this not the carpenters son? is his mother not called Mary? and his brothers james, joses, simon and judas?"

is this telling us that mary conceived again making them Jesus have half brothers, as joesph would have been the father, not God... or is it posible that they were refering to his Cousins, because i heard that back then they use to call wat we know as Cousins, "Brothers"...
maybe this were the children of mary the sister of st mary...

in matt 27:56
"among them were mary magdelene, Mry the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of zebedee's sons"

I'm reading one of the pope's books about how you should concentrate on God, and only God. How he should be your only care and desire in life. How he should be all that you pray for, and all your heart asks for. But don't some things prevent us from this?

What I mean is, like say you go to shcool, you have to concentrate on that, you don't have much of a choice. Your friends. You also concentrate on them, and give them love. But when you concentrate on these other things, does it mean you're taking away from love to God? Is it wrong to care about these other things? I want to hear all of your answers, because the more I read in this book, the more my stomach starts to knot out of guilt...
