+ Behold all these symbols, direct us to, the Apostles, who preached to us.

O God of refuge, through their prayers, repose all the souls, of those who have slept.
Forgive us our sins, and our iniquities, through Your love for man, and through their intercession.

+ The rest of Your people, guard them O Lord, those which are Your vessels, O God the Guardian.

هؤلاء هم، اسُس الأرثوذكسية، الذين وضعوا الإيمان، في الكنيسة.
من أجل هذا حقاً، نعم هم الذين، أرشدونا إلى الخلاص، وهذه هي أسماؤهم.

+ بطرس وأندراوس، ويوحنا ويعقوب، فيلبس ومتَّى، وبرثولماوس.
+ توما ويعقوب، وسمعان، وتداوس الحكيم، وكملوا بمتياس.

أولئك الأثـني عشر، الأحجار الجوهرية، والإثنان والسبعون، تلميذاً المختارين.
ساروا في كل حين، يصنعون آيات، في كل كورة، ومدينة وقرية.

+ وبالحقيقة، ردوا المسكونة، إلى معرفة الحق، من أجل كثرة العجائب.
+ لأن موسى أخرج، من صخرة حجرية، إثـنا عشر عيناً، تنبع وتفيض.

لأنه كان في إيليـم، إثـنا عشرة عيناً، وأعشاب كثيرة، وسبعين نخلة.
قال النبي، أن شجرة الزيتون، أينعت وأنـبتـت، إثـنى عشر غصناً.

+ حقاً بالحقيقة، أن هذه الأمثال، على الرسل الذين، وضعوا الوصايا.
+ هؤلاء الإثـنى عشر، أختارهم مخلصنا، وأرسلهم، مِثل كواكب.

أسماء الأسباط، إثـنى عشر، وإثـنا عشر باباً، لتلك المدينة.
اُنظروا أنتم الآن، أن في اليوم، إثـنى عشر ساعة، تَمُر كل يوم.

+ وأيضاً إثـنى عشر، شهراً في السنة، واُمور حياتنا، إثـنى عشر في عددها.
+ هوذا هذه، الأمثلة تدلنا، على الرسل، الذين بشرونا.

يا الله الملجأ، بصلواتهم، نيِّح نفوس، الراقدين.
بشفاعاتهم، إغفر لنا، خطايانا وآثامنا، بمحبتك للبشر.

+ أيها الرب، الإله الحارس، إحفظ بقية شعبك، الآنية التي لك.
+ يا من كان، مع رسله، إغفر لنا خطايانا، نحن شعبك.
