For them it was, a living food, which filled their souls, and their bodies too.
For them it was, a fountain of living water, sweeter than honey, in their mouths.

+ When they call upon it, their hearts rejoiced, and their bodies, blossomed.
+ When they uttered it, their minds were enlightened, and their hearts ascended, to the heights.

تعالى إلينا اليـوم يا سيـدنا المسيـح وأضىء علينا بلاهـوتـك العالى.
أرسل لنا هـذه النعمـة العظيمـة التى لـروحك القـدوس الـُمعـزّى.

+ لكى أنطـق بكـرامـة يسيـرة من أجـل أسمـك القـدوس المبارك.
+ هـذا الـذى تمجـد فى أفـواه قـديسيك الأبـرار سكان الأرض.

هـؤلاء التائهيـن فى الجبال المقفـره بالجـوع والعطش والبـرد والصقيـع.
معـوزيـن متضايقيـن متألميـن كقـول بـولس الـرسول.

+ لكن أسمك القـدوس يـاربى يسـوع يكـون لهم ناصـراً فى جميـع ضيقاتهـم.
+ أسمك القـدوس يـاربى يسـوع هـو ينجيهـم من جميـع شـدائـدهم.

هـو يكـون لهـم طعـام حياة. تقتـات به نفـوسهم وأجسادهـم معا.
هـو يكـون لهم ينبـوع ماء حياة حلـوا فى حناجـرهم أكثـر من العسـل .

+ إذا أخبـروا به تفـرح قلـوبهم وتـزهر أجسادهـم .
+ أذ نطقـوا به تستنيـر عقـولهم وتـرتفـع إلى العلاء قلـوبهـم.
