Youth Corner / I need help please!!

Hello ,
This is Bishoy , final year medical student , Egypt
I'm looking for an internship (called elective ) or to be involved in any kind of medical related research..Any physician shadowing opportunities would be great to know about as well to build up my CV because that will be important for me after I complete the USMLE to be licensed to be a doctor in America.
if any one can help me find a place or can introduce me to a doctor etc , , plz don't hesitate to email me .
