Personal Issues / Lettuce's Updates (Fast - Complete, Lesson - Complete)

Hello, oh forums!
It's a glorious day as I begin my hunger! Let's see how long I can last on water. So far so good, I'm studying calculus very well and I'm super fast, it's like my brain loves it! Running on pure fat is amazing.
I'll keep you guys update as I go along with God's help. The point of this 'hunger strike' is to change my mindset and change myself so that I may never make a mistake again.
I thought to myself, in school, if I make a stupid mistake on a test/quiz/exam, I'll always remember that test/quiz/exam and that mistake specifically and I'll never make it again because I'm punished by losing a mark which could affect my spot as the top student with highest grades in the university.
So I would like to bring this to myself in real life. There is no punishment for doing mistakes in life, so I'm making it so that I feel as if I really did do wrong and I'll remember it and then I'll never do it again... I'll watch out for the mistake.
That's about it! It's just a couple days and I feel my jeans are starting to fit again, even though they're still very tight.
Pray for my 'fast'.

Edit: Please, no one worry or panic, this fast has been approved by the supreme council of the science and vector calculus alliances (myself).

I was pumping my bike tire and was finished. Then I touched it arms length away and POP. My ears were ringing for about a minute, now they hurt, so please pray for them.

My dad is going to kill me when he wakes up, I' being serious.
I bought something he diddn't like and when I had it out to sell it, he saw it and analyzed it and said he was so angry. He has never been that angry before.
So i'm dead, please pray for me, so I may go to heaven, okay?
Please pray, this is not a joke.
Death is worst case scenario, second worse is taking my packed bag (already ready) and trekking out (stupid move).
Third worst case I am injured in a severe or mild manner, and need hospitalization.
Fourth worst case I am injured lightly.
Fifth worst case I'm yelled at for hours on end.
Sixth worst case I'm hated by my dad forever.
Seventh worst case slight mood change is all
Eight worst case nothing happens.
Thank you all.
I am ready for any of the eight scenarios above. Please pray NOW! DEAR LORD, HES COMING, I'm doomed.

Personal Issues / My career and my parents

I plan on taking Engineering in University and joining the Canadian Forces as a Construction Engineer Officer, I have very good reasons for it, but that's not my issue, I know that's the career for me, at least for the first 9 years of my job life (I plan on leaving after a decade and then working civilian and taking care of family and children. My issue is my parents. They don't want me joining the army. It's the only thing I like doing, and I love what I have to do in it. How can I convince them? I prayed a lot about my choice, I'm so positive about it. I would go to RMCC but they don't let me. Help?
