Lakkan - Gospel response / Efnouti nai nan

Hi,

Does anyone know why we say Efnouti nai nan before the Gospel response during the Lakkan?

Tasbeha.org, Coptic Reader and Coptic Heritage does it in that order, but I have a recording from the Pope with Ibrahim Ayad for the Lakkan 2020 of Covenant Thursday and they do 
- Gospel reading
- Gospel response
- Efnouti nai nan

Which makes more sense to me :)

    There are some services where EFnouti nai nan is said before the gospel response.
